  • Must have previous management experience in hospitality (craft brewery industry would be an advantage)
  • Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures
  • Lead by example by taking an active roll in daily tasks & delegating to team members
  • Quality checking tasks have been completed to a high standard
  • Must have cash experience
  • Inventory control/Ordering
  • Ability to train new employees
  • Assisting to find cover for employee shift absence
  • on call/flexible weekend work essential
  • Ensure excellent customer service, problem solving, handle customer complaints
  • Follow set procedures during opening/closing shifts
  • Reservations/events managing booking system
  • Must be able to use word/excel
  • Computer skills are required
  • Social media experience
  • Must be able to receive orders and process paperwork
  • Ability to organize/manage events
  • Assisting General Manager with any other necessary tasks
Qualifications 
  • Previous management experience essential
  • Experience in Excel an advantage
