FOH Lead Server

• Ensuring staff follow company policies and procedures
• Lead by example by taking an active roll in daily tasks & delegating to team members
• Quality checking tasks have been completed to a high standard
• Assisting to find coverage for employee shift absence
• Ensure excellent Customer service as well as the ability to be punctual and reliable
• Must be enthusiastic, personable, helpful and a good team player.
• Follow set procedures during opening/closing shifts (weekend/closing/open shifts mandatory) 
• Reservations/Events manage booking system
• Assisting FOH Manager & Assistant Manager with an y other necessary tasks
