Traffic Control Person

Domcor is looking for several reliable workers to provide traffic control for crews in the Port Alberni, Tofino and Ucluelet areas. Full-time year round positions are available. Job starts August 4th, 2016. Applications will continue to be accepted until August 11th, 2016.

Wage Subsidy:

This position is open to everyone, however, if you are eligible for a Wage Subsidy please inform the employer upon contact.  To become eligible you must first contact the Alberni Valley Employment Centre. A Wage Subsidy is available to individuals who are unemployed or working less than 20 hours per week, and are:

• Currently on EI Benefits; or
• Not currently on EI Benefits but have had a claim within the previous 36 months; or
• Not currently on EI Benefits but have had a claim for maternity or parental benefits in the previous 60 months.
