You will spend your time marketing, recruiting, doing estimates and supervising production. The Owner / Operator role is not to paint but to manage the success of the overall business In a local area.
Student Works Painting has an extensive selection process to ensure that students that receive a business territory have the level of commitment required to be successful. You do not need business experience or knowledge of painting. We sign people up from all faculties. We also consider individuals who are not students! The experience gained from this is invaluable in all respects and will help any student or non-student in securing post-graduate employment/ and potentially career opportunities in virtually any field. Doctors, lawyers, architects, administrators, teachers; they all may run their own businesses some day.
