Automotive Painter, Detailer

KEY PURPOSE.
This position is being developed to serve Coulson Aviation’s interests solely as well as keeping up on Paint manufacturing requirements and finishing to specified, quality controlled specifications. Automotive Painting experience is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Responsibilities: Report to the Painter Supervisor and asses the needs of the day. Duties will include, but are not limited to. Paint/Prime, cleaning, sanding, prep, detail touch up, and polishing as required. As well as automobile finishing and detailing weekly as well as other duties as assigned.
Activities:

Short-Term Expectations: Become proficient in the day to day operation and paint process’s to assist the Painter Supervisor in deadlines as well as set up of the paint booth and organizing it to become fully functional and efficient.

• Daily: Report to the Painter Supervisor to assess current needs of the day and which location will require attention. Polishing duties and

•  Long term expectations: Become a long term part of the Coulson team to assist in the fast paced, busy shop environment.
