This position is to start asap.
Applicant must be skilled at active listening, problem solving, capable and of excellent oral communication.
Excel at customer service in person as well as on the phone.
Be polite, honest and courtous.
Must have extensive practical experience in vehicle servicing and repairs, together with experience in supervising technicians and dealing with customers.
Previous experience as service advisor or service receptionist is a must.
