AVF Office Admin Duties

  • Letter writing
  • Dealing with telephone and email inquiries
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
  • Booking conference room
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and supplies
  • Distributing incoming mail and sending outgoing mail
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
  • Photocopying and printing various documents
  • Arranging in-house and external events
  • Updating social media (Facebook)
  • Some tax knowledge is preferred
