We are looking for two part time Customer Service Representatives for our Port Alberni Location. Take on a sales and collections role in a rapidly growing company that will take your skills and career to the next level.

This position is accountable for executing transactions, collections on overdue accounts, providing product referrals, and ensuring excellent service to clients.

Major Responsibilities

  • Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts on a daily basis
  • Managing past due accounts by completing daily collection calls
  • Complete and submit credit documentation
  • Promote the institution's products and services at every possible opportunity ability to recognize and anticipate customer needs
Qualifications 

Required Skills

  • Computer Skills Including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is critical
  • High energy, outgoing individual with a positive attitude

Qualifications Required

  • Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
  • A positive attitude
