The Hospitality Inn, Port Alberni is looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our Hospitality Team. The successful applicant would have had previous hotel Front Desk experience and preferably Group and Conference experience. If you are a hard working, self motivated and disciplined person who is customer oriented this job might be for you!
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greeting, checking in and assisting all guests
-Taking reservations for rooms and meeting facilities
-Sales initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Efficient and effective worker
- Great attention to detail
- Arrives to work in a timely fashion and is present for all scheduled shifts
- Must be willing to work year round
- Able to work day shifts, evening shifts, weekdays and weekends.
